Savannah Ogeechee Audubon Society  Website of the Savannah-area chapter of the National Audubon Society.

Hilton Head Island Audubon Society  Website of the Beaufort County, SC, chapter of the National Audubon Society.

Wilderness Southeast  A non-profit educational organization based in Savannah that organizes tours and other activities emphasizing appreciation of the unique natural communities that surround us.

Swamp Girls Kayak Tours  Based in Hardeeville, SC, check out their "Kayaking off the beaten path".

Water-Dog Outfitters  Based on Hilton Head Island, this group charters numerous outdoor adventures, including tours of Pinckney Island NWR.  They schedule activities at Pinckney during National Wildlife Refuge Week and donate a portion of the proceeds to FSCWR, Inc.

Coastal Conservation League:  Mission: to protect the natural environment of the South Carolina coastal plain and to enhance the quality of life of our communities by working with individuals, businesses and government to ensure balanced solutions.

Friends of Hunting Island State Park:  A friends group for the park near St. Helena Island, SC.
